Shadowhawk Films (Eire) International is an independent production company and is the lead company of an Entertainment Group which it owns and operates. Other companies involved in the Entertainment Group are Shadowhawk Entertainment, a production company, DI Entertainment, a film and television production company, DSF Animation, an animation and publishing company, BTM Management, who specialise in music management, United Film Productions International, an entertainment management company and TMI Entertainment, a talent management company. Kadin Management and DMG Management are the main partners of the Entertainment Group.

For many years the company offered co-production and support to Irish, UK and US production companies.
