MJ White is the Chief Executive Officer (Managing Director/President) of Shadowhawk Films (Eire) International (Entertainment Group). Companies which are part of the Entertainment Group are Shadowhawk Entertainment, DSF Animation, BTM Management, United Film Productions International, TMI Actors, managing partner Mad Dog Productions and associate partner Stirling Management (Including Stirling Academy).

As the Chief Executive Officer, MJ is responsible for overseeing the worldwide business operations of the Entertainment Group, which includes managing the development, production and distribution of all projects produced by the Entertainment Group. 

MJ is also responsible for managing the advisory board, project finance, budgeting and planning for the creating of 2 to 6 projects in-house, the acquisition of 1 to 2 projects per year and co-ordinating with his Senior Management Team who support him with managerial decisions. MJ is a member of the Entertainment Group Board of Management.
